By accessing the Linden House website or participating in Linden House services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Nature of Services

Linden House is a structured sober living residence. We are not a medical facility, treatment center, or clinical provider. Linden House does not offer medical care, therapy, detoxification, psychiatric services, or clinical treatment, and no clinician is employed on-site.

Residency at Linden House does not replace professional treatment. Residents are encouraged to seek outside medical, therapeutic, or clinical support as needed.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

Submission of an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance. Linden House reserves the right to approve or deny residency at its sole discretion.

Residents must comply with all house rules, sobriety requirements, and community expectations as outlined at intake.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees are disclosed during intake and agreed upon prior to residency.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees are due as agreed

• Fees are generally non-refundable

• Residency may be terminated for rule violations or safety concerns

Refund considerations, if any, are addressed separately in the Refund Policy.

4. Voluntary & Involuntary Discharge

Linden House reserves the right to discharge a resident at any time for violations of house rules, safety concerns, relapse, or conduct detrimental to the community. Residents may also choose to leave voluntarily.

Discharge does not automatically entitle a resident to a refund.

5. Website Use

You agree to use the Linden House website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Misuse, copy, or distribute website content without permission

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Use the website in a way that disrupts operations

6. Information Disclaimer

Information provided on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.

7. Confidentiality

Linden House treats all inquiries and communications with discretion. However, use of the website does not establish a confidential, therapeutic, or medical relationship.
