Dave brings over 13 years of personal recovery experience , alongside nine years working with clients in residential care at Montreal's Chatsworth Pavilion. At Chatsworth, Dave connected with people during their most difficult moments, and helped guide them through their recovery work. He brings genuine care and a steady presence that helps people feel seen and supported when they need it most.

As a certified CanAm interventionist, Dave has helped many individuals and families take their first steps toward healing. His approach was shaped by mentor Richard Hofman, the founder of Chatsworth, who showed him how to bridge the gap between knowing recovery concepts and actually living them day-to-day. “I've seen firsthand the exponential impact of helping just one person,” Dave shares. “When someone heals, it transforms their family and ripples outward as they begin helping others. Each person we help can bring change to limitless people.”
