Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 10, 2026

Linden House fees are collected in advance and are generally non-refundable. This policy helps maintain the stability, operations, and structure of the sober living environment.

Voluntary or Involuntary Discharge

In the event that a resident is discharged—whether voluntarily or involuntarily—Linden House may, at its sole discretion, review the circumstances of the discharge.

Refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements may be considered on a case-by-case basis following discussion with Linden House management. Factors considered may include, but are not limited to:

  • Length of stay

  • Reason for discharge

  • Compliance with house rules

  • Financial hardship

  • Notice provided

No Guarantee of Refund

The possibility of a refund does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Any approved refund will be determined solely by Linden House and, if applicable, issued within a reasonable timeframe.

Method of Refund

If approved, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Policy Updates

Linden House reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
